things to know before your Services.

  • With all waxing services, you must avoid all retinoid based products for a minimum of 2 days prior to service.  This includes retinol, and all exfoliating serums, BHA, AHA, etc. 
  • Please inform us if you are using any internal or topical acne medications!  
  • Brow Lamination and Lash Lift, hairs cannot be exposed to water or sweat for 48 hours post service.
  • Avoid all retinoid or exfoliating serums or scrubs for 48 hours post Brow Lamination services. 
  • Brow Lamination and Lash Lift lasts between 6-8 weeks.
  • Brow Tinting/Staining can hold up to 7-10 days on skin (depending on skin type, this may vary) and last on hairs up to 5 weeks on the hairs *note that brows can seem slightly darker immediately after service and will calm after first wash.  We recommend not washing brows with soap or any scrubbing within the first 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy.

 You will immediately receive and email confirmation as well as a reminder 24 hours prior to appointment, sent as an SMS.  If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, you are responsible for doing so 24 hours in advance.  You can do so by clicking the links sent to you from Timma.se, or by emailing info@thomasmcentee.com.  Appointments not cancelled or re-booked within 24 hours will be charged the FULL PRICE OF THE BOOKED SERVICE, unless otherwise discussed.  All “no shows” will be sent a payment link for the full price of the appointment.  Missed appointments MUST be paid prior to booking a new appointment.
